Most of us have tried dieting or at least eating only certain foods to maintain our figures or to achieve a healthier body. One of the most common areas that ladies worry about is the stomach area. Many of us like having a flat stomach which often makes us look good in any clothing item.

Starving or eating less is not the only way to achieve a flat stomach. Take a break from staring at the screen and do some stretches, squats, or any exercise that you find enjoyable.

I personally often stretch or do squats as a break in between working. I find that I can achieve to do more than 40 squats a day by just doing it in between working.

Walking is one of most common aerobic exercises which targets the fats around the belly area. Walking instead of riding the jeepney, tricycle or bus will not only help you lose weight but will also allow you to save money on transportation expenses.

Instead of spending 30 minutes doing exercises alone, you can walk and get to your work or home at the same time do an aerobic exercise. You can also simply walk your dog if you have one. This way, you can also maximize your time.

Eating slowly will allow you to chew more thoroughly, appreciate the flavor and texture, and digest your food better.

If you eat slowly, you'll most likely savor the food even more, fulfilling your appetite better. With this, you're also less likely to eat more food since your appetite and taste buds are more satisfied.

There are different types of tea that specifically targets weight loss like banaba and green tea. I personally prefer teas that are all-natural, affordable, organic, herbal and caffeine-free. The brands that I've been using for years now are "San Rafael" and "Golden Spoon."

Wearing black or dark tops is an easy way to "flatten" or "lessen" the bulge of your belly and stomach. Black and dark colors help "hide" noticeable lines in your body. Wearing dark tops will give other people the illusion that you have a flatter or less round stomach.

Wearing high-waisted black pants will also help lessen noticeable body lines like excess side fats around the hip and/or waist area. Wearing black or dark-colored tops and high-waisted pants won`t actually give you a smaller stomach, only an illusion or visual image of having one.
